Location: UM Space, Narodni 28, Prague 1

  • 8:30 – 8:55 – Arrival and registration (Possibility of pickup at the hotel at 8:15)
  • 9:00 – 13:00 – Beer Brewing School – Theoretical Part
  • 13:00 – 14:00 – Lunch
  • 14:00 – 17:00 – Beer Tapping School
  • 17:00 – 17:30 – End of official program

The course includes a tasting of beers from the brewery’s current production with a talk on sensory analysis

Theory & Practice

Theory & Practice – the course transfers in practice all brewing theory detailes spoken the previous day

Certificate

Certificate – at the end you will receive an official certificate for the  completion of a one-day brewing course at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague

Beer history

You will be educated in beer history and learn everything about beer’s intricate journey to the pint.

Different equipment

In addition, you will learn how to tap different types of tapping equipment.

To keep hunger off, we will prepare the right kind of snacks. 

Certificate

At the end of the class, you will receive a certificate and a present.

On Friday you can expect the whole block in UM on Národní, from the morning Tomas’ lecture, lunch and then the tapping school with Lucka.

DAY 2

On Saturday you can look forward to brewing beer at UCT Prague.
